opened in June 2015 and has since then dedicated to providing a place where local farmers, producers, artisans and crafters provide a value in goods to the Township. Through this market, the Township of union aims to promote buying fresh and eating local, and promotes nutritious food choices.

Summertime is almost here and what is more exciting than the prospect of fresh local produce provided by your nearby farmers’ market? You can find everything from Jersey Honey, fresh corn, Jersey fresh tomatoes, vegetables, and more.

Our Union Farmers Market is not only a great place to purchase local produce and goods, but it is a place to enjoy the day with family and friends while listening to local artists on select Thursdays.

There’s no better way to strengthen your local community than to buy fresh and eat local!

ALSTEDE FARMS

Alstede Farms, a 372 acre preserve in Chester, produces fresh harvested home grown fruits, vegetables, and flowers on over 500 acres of beautiful Garden State farmland; most of which is permanently preserved through the state's Farmland Preservation Program.

WAGNER FAMILY FARM

Avid gardener, Chris Wagner, turned farmer and specializes in the highest quality, locally grown, fully organic seasonal vegetables, fruits and more.

BIG JOHN’S GOURMET BURGERS

Specializes in delicious burgers, hotdogs and fried chicken sandwiches, and Turkey Meatball sandwiches.

THE BOX TACOS & SANGUICHES

This food truck offers Argentine & Latin American-inspired eats with a rotating menu.

This truck offers American Cuisine that specialized on empanadas, cheesesteaks, sliders and tornado fries.
